Delivery Process

Our delivery partners will handle the delivery of your package, ensuring it reaches you as quickly as possible. If there are any issues with locating your address or any unexpected delays, our delivery partner may contact you for assistance.

Shipping Fee:
For all orders within India, there is a shipping fee of Rs. 75.

International Shipping

For international orders, you are responsible for paying any customs charges, import taxes, or other applicable fees under the laws of your country. These charges will be collected on the website and paid to the relevant authorities by Souli Cosmetics.

Packaging Details

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure their safety during transit. All products are carefully wrapped in paper wraps and then placed in cartons to prevent damage. We also make an effort to minimize plastic use, ensuring an eco-friendly packaging experience.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with tracking details and the courier service handling your package. You can track your order 24 hours after it has been dispatched from our warehouse. If you face any issues with tracking, you can always visit our tracking page for updates.

Delivery Timelines

Please note, unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays, natural events, or logistics delays can sometimes cause shipping delays. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations due to delays beyond our control.

During special events like Mega Sales, there might be a slight delay due to increased order volumes.

Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, it may be delivered in separate shipments depending on the location of each product in our warehouse.

Delivery Acceptance Code

For added security, we verify all deliveries with a Delivery Acceptance Code sent via text message or email. If you do not receive this code upon delivery, please provide the delivery person with a valid identity proof of the person who placed the order to complete the delivery.
